I was debating for a long time on making my own neocities. It was just one of those "I'll get around to it eventually" sort of things. And then Mastodon wanted me to put their fancy script on my own website so I could get verified, so I figured, "What the heck, I'll finally take a crack at making a neocities... thingy."
